What type of sites do you accept?
We look for sites that already give value to their visitors regarding the area you are interested in displaying our rentals. The site must be of interest to visitors to the area providing information or services regarding that area.
Will all the pages have the look and feel of my site?
Yes we have a design team that will incorporate your sites appearance into our search pages. You can see how we have accomplished it for Directory Spain by clicking here (opens in a new window).
What payments do you make to affiliates?
We currently pay 25 cents for each unique enquiry and 20 USD for every member who joins our database through an affiliate web site. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time.
What is a unique enquiry?
A unique enquiry is one where an enquirer has not made a previous enquiry within the last 24 hours. Multiple enquiries from the same persom count as one enquiry.
When and how do you pay?
We pay on the first Monday after the 15th of each month through Paypal so you need a Paypal account to be paid.
How do I place the web pages you have designed on my site?
We supply a php script that you need to place in a folder reserved for our pages. Then we can simply run the script and it copies over the pages we have made for you. Our pages are often updated so we can update them this way as well. We have ben using this system with affiliates for several years and it is simple and works well.
Do you place adverts on the pages you make for my site?
We do not place any adverts on the pages the only links go to our own site.
What rules are there for affiliates?
The rules are simple;
1) No cheating by supplying false enquiries - our software marks suspicious enquiries for a manual review and anyone cheating will be removed from the programme.
2) Denying access for us to update pages - we need to be able to update pages on a regular basis.
3) Our spider must be able to find a link from your front page direct to the rental directory where our web pages are. Our spider cannot follow java links so they need to be normal html links.
What stats do you provide?
Enquiries
We show the number of unique enquiries broken down on a daily basis.
Sales
We send you an email for every sale that is generated through your site - each sale is also recorded in a seperate set of stats that shows the number of people that visit your own join page on our server and the sales made.
