We had 2 lovely weeks here in July. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The complex is kept clean and tidy and the pool is superb!! We spent a day at Vera Waterpark just down the road and also explored the area in our hire car. The teenagers were able to get internet access at nearby Keoke bar and the supermarket is a short walk away. A lovely apartment for families or couples. Hope to return again.

We have just had a lovely week in the apartment with our 2 young children, who loved the pools, and also watching all the action in them from the balcony! Although we went at the height of summer (1st week in August) we were fine with the air-conditioning in the flat. We would echo all the previous comments; the flat is very well equipped, the grounds are extremely well maintained, and it is a great location from which to explore by car. We also visited Vera Water Park which is very close by and is great fun. We would love to go back.

The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had no problems working any of the equipment as everything was straight forward. It is situated in a lovely location and the grounds are well kept. The swimming pool was lovely and the children spent most of their time in there! We had a really relaxing time and the children had a brilliant time too. There are lots of places to explore nearby, although we found having the hire car was the best way of getting out and about. There is also a supermarket right on the doorstep which is really convenient.

A delightful apartment, being not too close to the coast but situated in a quiet, well maintained and secure complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool and shops being particularly convenient, especially as there is indoor and outdoor swimming. The coast is varied and spectacular as is the wonderful village of Mojacar, well worth going to in the evening for a meal. Well worth a second visit!

We have had four lovely holidays here. We were warm and comfortable in February and in a hot September kept cool with the airconditioning. There is everything and more you would need for a home from home experience. The heated indoor pool is a bonus in the winter months and the outdoor pool is great in hot weather. The gardens and grounds kept clean and tidy and very pleasing to sit and look at from the balcony. The local villages and markets are great experience to visit with plenty of fresh cheap produce.

A lovely spacious apartment situated in a secure development. The local supermarket stocks everything you might need. Ideal for a lazy relaxing holiday or as a base for touring the area. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back. We highly recommend it.

We have visited the apartment twice now and have enjoyed the holiday both times. The property was clean and had everything you needed.The new king size bed was realy comfortable.It's good to have a good supermarket just around the corner for those breakfast rolls. Looking forward to our next visit.
