This little Mallorcan Pearl of an apartment, is in a stunning location in an elegant resort. It is ideal for mature, discerning couples, seeking a peaceful, comfortable retreat from the ‘madding crowd’ at any time of year.
The apartment is located 3 minutes drive up the hill from the port, on a high promontory - in a small complex called La Mola Club, which is approximately 10 years old, the outside area of which is currently being refurbished.
There are 8 well maintained apartments in the block, which are mainly owner - occupied.
Port Andraitx is a small thriving fishing port in south-west Mallorca - no high rise hotels or apartments - but plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in and around the small streets of the village. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and a world away from the more commercialised resorts.
The attractive harbour is host to many private yachts - and it is possible to charter boats for fishing, bay-hopping, diving and snorkelling.
Several top class golf courses are nearby.
There are several good restaurants situated right on the marina, where you can enjoy food and drink at all times of the day and evening whilst looking out over the twinkling bay.
