This new ground floor apartment is situated 20 minutes from beautiful long blue flag beaches at Guadamar and Torrevija, near to the Escot mountains and natural salt lakes in a peaceful semi-rural area adjacent to La Finca golf course.
The apartment overlooks a private landscaped communal pool and bathing area for residents use only.
At the front of the property is a small garden and balcony with off road parking with veiws across the valley over looking the salt-lakes and Algorfa Castle.
The apartment is a 40 minute drive from Alicante/Murcia airports and is 5 minutes from the nearest motorway exit.There are shops, restaurants, bars and banks to be found in Algorfa village, a few minutes drive away, and in nearby Los Montisinos slightly further away. The nearest hypermarket is outside Torrevieja, 15 mins drive.
Market days are on Sundays at Guardamar, Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, Torrevieja on Wednesdays as well a a promenade market everyday.
Golf is all around this property, with La Finca being a few minutes drive away, Villa Martin Golf about 20 mins away as are the courses of Campoamar and Las Rambles.
