The villa has two bedrooms,downstairs a twin bedded room with a fully tiled en-suite shower room equipped with a heater and halogen lighting fitted with shower/wc and upstairs a superking size double bedded room, each of the bedrooms has traditional Spanish wooden shuttered windows fitted with mosquito screens for the summer months. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and freestanding drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron plus board and halogen lighting the kitchen opens onto the terrace.
The ffully tiled bathroom has an enclosed bath/shower and is fitted halogen lighting, electric heater and hairdryer.
For comfort there are fans in the summer and electric radiators in the winter. The lounge/dining room is finished in a rustic style with exposed beams in a high sloping ceiling supported by Moorish arches. From the lounge are two double doors which open onto the terrace. For the winter months there is a cosy log effect gas fire set in a tradional fire place to take the chill off the winter evenings. There are two settees together with a dining table with seating for 4.
There is a lot to do in Nerja, but should you need it, we do have a satellite receiver with extensive European coverage and cable television which has all the main UK channels. There is also a DVD and a video.
The south facing terrace wraps around the rear of the villa and has sun from the first thing in the morning to sunset, throughout the year. There is a large windout awning and sombrero to give you plenty of shade and shelter from the sun. The terrace is equipped with loungers, table and chairs and a barbecue with a brick arch and chimney. The terrace is not overlooked and has panoramic views across the jacaranda and palm trees of the estate to an ancient aqueduct and the sea beyond.
The villa is supervised by a local agent who is English, who will ensure that everything is in readiness for your stay. Bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are provided and changed every week. You will need to take your own beach towels.
Oasis de capistrano is situated in a beautiful private estate and has won many awards for its design of white washed properties connected by terracotta paths. The established gardens which flower profusely throughout the year tended by a team of gardenersand looked after by security day and night. The gardens,with fish ponds and a shaded stream meandering through the estate, present pleasant and peaceful surroundings.
There are three swimming pools, one of the pools is for children. There are restaurants within the site with a supermarket 10 minutes walk away.
Nerja is within walking distance , but Oasis is served by local buses and for buses to Malaga and Almunacar.
