| This charming restored cottage is on the border of Loire, Limousin and Auvergne in the Cher Valley and is situated in the hamlet of Villeneuve, 5 minutes from the small town of Preveranges which has a café and a baker. The market town of Boussac is 10 minutes drive and has a full range of shops, including two supermarkets and restaurants. The cottage has been lovingly restored throughout and features beamed ceilings and tiled floors with central heating and double glazing throughout.
The ground floor has a fully equipped fitted dining/kitchen area with a wood burning stove and oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
