The Villa has two bedrooms, with one foldaway bed and and will comfortably hold a family of five .
They are fitted with one double bed and two single beds, and the villa also has a baby travel cot.
There is another room on the solarium which has its own private television .
It is comfortably furnished, with a beautifully fitted American style kitchen, with all of the modern facilities which are expected in a property of this standard. There is a microwave oven, a fridge freezer, oven-hob, washing facilities and a comfortable and convenient breakfast bar.
The lounge is fitted with a TV with both HD/freeview and sky freeview satellite access. It has comfortable furnishings, allowing for relaxation after a hard days enjoyment.
A VILLA WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE POOL , RECENTLY HAD THE WALLS MADE HIGHER TO ENSURE TOTAL PRIVACY. DON'T YOU JUST HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE ADVERTISE A POOL 'SUGGESTING IT IS PRIVATE WHEN IT IS A COMMUNAL POOL- NOT US!!! It also has a lovely sun terrace surrounding it. Additionally, there is access to a communal pool only 30 metres from the property, which proves very popular with younger members of the family.
The property is conveniently situated for access via Alicante Airport (40 minutes drive away) or Murcia Airport (30 minutes drive away).
The local golf course and Aqua park are both only 3-5 minutes away

WE WANT TO BEAT THE EXTORTIONATE PRICES THE AIRPLANE COMPANIES CHARGE. Therefore, we are flexible about what day you would like to come out. Most of the other holiday lettings state you need to come out from Saturday to Saturday. We have found Tuesday to Tuesday is much cheaper. Please take this into account when booking your villa. Find the cheapest days to fly and then get in touch with us!
