Stunning 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned detached villa within walking distance to a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Outside there is off road parking for 2 cars with an attractive stone garden with Mediterranean plants.
Steps lead to a shady patio area and porch complete with a table and 4 chairs, which is perfect for breakfast! There are also superb views across to the woodland opposite.
The sunny and nicely furnished lounge area, which is air-conditioned, contains two 3 seater sofas, coffee table, wall unit, lamp and pictures as well as a traditional Spanish fireplace.
For your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with Sky stations), a Hi Fi /CD system as well as a selection of CD’s, paperbacks and board games. The dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs. There is also a handy downstairs WC with basin and mirror with lights over.
The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and dishwasher as well as a good selection of pans and utensils. It also contains a table and 4 chairs. There is also a separate utility area leading from the kitchen which contains a washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and airer.
Stairs lead to the first floor which contains the air-conditioned master bedroom. In here you will find a double bed, bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, bedside lamps, double wardrobe and 4 drawers. In addition, patio doors lead to a private balcony with views to the woodland.
The master bedroom also has en suite facilities with shower, basin with marble surround vanity unit plus mirror with lights over.
The second bedroom which is also air-conditioned, features twin beds, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers as well as a double wardrobe with 2 drawers.
The third bedroom is also air-conditioned and contains twin beds, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers as well as a double wardrobe with 2 drawers.
The main bathroom contains a bath (with shower over) plus basin with marble surround, WC and bidet.
Further stairs lead to the roof terrace which contains 4 sunloungers and a parasol plus superb views of the mountains and the pool is just a few yards away!
