The flat is very well located, in the centre of Madrid. Metro stations Gran Via, Callao, Chueca and Tribunal are close by.
The apartment, located in the Central district, is known as a crossroads of all cultural trends, with its restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and department stores. You are in one of the most lively and fashionable locations in Madrid, close to the Gran Via and Fuencarral Street. This area is also a perfect neighbourhood for those visiting Madrid for business, close to banks, offices and other major business. It is just minutes away from the main tourist and cultural sights.
The area is full of cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and terraces but is not too noisy. There are supermarkets and fruitmarkets closeby.
You can walk to the Puerta del Sol in 10 minutes and Gran Vía in 5 minutes. Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Plaza de Oriente, Thyssen and Prado Museums, Retiro Park, etc are in a walking distance (15 -20 minutes)although the bus and metro network is excellent and cheap and will get you there quicker.
