Casa Bocayna is a brand new luxury villa having been completed in January 2005. It is located in the prestigeous development of La Goleta on the Faro Pechiguera, near Playa Blanca at the very south of the island of Lanzarote.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, the master suite includes double bed, en-suite bathroom and French doors to the pool terrace.
The twin bedroom has its own bathroom with double width shower. Spacious hallway with access to the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
The lounge has has an archway from the hall and a breakfast bar through to the kitchen. There is a TV, VCR, DVD and Hi-Fi. It has large french doors to the spacious terrace and pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and door through to the dining room which is open to the southerly aspect providing well sheltered, partially alfresco dining overlooking the barbeque area sun terrace. There is a huge teak table and ample seating.
There is ample space on the sun terrace and a private, solar heated swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m. There is also a huge communal pool less than 200m away which is also available for your use at no extra charge.
To the side of the villa, there is private parking. The road only serves our villa and that of our next door neighbours,so there is no danger of traffic.
There is a block paved promenade all the way around the Faro Park Peninsular and lighthouse which is a spectacular place to watch the sunset.
Playa Flamingo beach is about 3 km away and easily accessable in a car.

There are many good restaurants in Playa Blanca. There is an excellent Italian and a very good Indian restaurant less than 5 minutes walk away, together with 2 very nice bars, a coffee shop, general shop and patisserie.
The beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and the world famous Papagayo are all within 5 minutes drive.
