| The apartment is located close to the heart of the traditional wine-making village of Serignan in the Herault region of Southern France. It is the first floor of a large modern villa with the resident owner living quietly on the ground floor with a small dog. The accommodation is peaceful and modern, with south facing balcony, 7m x 4m pool & large garden. The village (5 min walk from the property) has a superb central tree lined square with all amenities; bakeries, supermarket, cafe bars, restaurants, newsagent, banks & post office. You will not need to go far for supplies of the local wines either, as the apartment is 1 minute from the village wine cooperative. There is a traditional market on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Only a 5 minute drive from miles of Mediterranean sandy beaches, the first floor apartment sleeps 4/5 people and is an ideal base from which to explore the regions many attractions.
Excellent for families, beach, walking, watersports, seafood, wine tasting, the Canal du Midi, local history, Beziers & Montpellier.
