The villa is set overlooking a large lake and on to the 10th green of Stoneybrook Golf Course on Heritage Harbour-Sarasota’s premier resort-style community for families. Near to beaches,shops and restaurants, Villa Romana really has it all.
This residence has 5 bedrooms(2 Kingsize), 3 bathrooms, heated pool,small waterfall and spa, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a triple garage(room for your golf cart!) and so much covered outdoor space, it looks like a 5 star hotel!
Fully equipped to the highest standards and decorated exquisitely with only the most discerning guest in mind, Villa Romana will easily and comfortably accommodate 2 families-there are 2 kingsize bedrooms (1 with private bathroom), 1 queen size(with private bathroom) and 2 twin bedrooms(sleeps 10 in total).
There are also 2 living and dining areas. The whole house is over 3300 sq ft!

Tampa airport is the nearest International airport at approx 40 mins drive.
Orlando and all its attractions are approx 90 minutes away so you really can have it all- go there for the day, please the children and back home to luxury and peace-pleasing the adults!
Sarasota is a stylish, cosmopolitan City, just 20 mins drive(The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is just 15 mins drive.)
This area of the Gulf Coast is stylish, upscale, beautiful and very well placed for all that Florida has to offer its visitors.
A premier Outlet Mall is just one stop up the freeway(over 250 shops!) There are fine dining and casual dining restaurants at the Clubhouse and many others within a VERY short drive!
Anna Maria Island is our nearest beach- the white powder sand has won awards world-wide for the best beaches year upon year. Watching that sun go down with the dolphins and manatees in the bay is simply a must when you stay with us here!
The designer shops of St Armand’s Circle are just a short drive from Villa Romana, as are the famous beaches of Lido and Siesta Key. The Aquarium and Ringling Brothers Circus museum are firm favourites too!
There are boats to hire, boats to ride-all sorts of water-sports….fishing….the list is endless!
