The house offers spacious accommodation for up to six people, with three double bedrooms, a living/dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven. hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The utility room has a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
Downstairs there is one bedroom and a shower room with basin and wc.
Upstairs there are two further spacious bedrooms and full bathroom with shower, wc & bidet. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans for comfort in the hot weather.
The house is also equipped with TV (including English channels) and a CD/stereo. The living / dining area has two comfortable three-seater leather settees and a dining table and chairs to sit four comfortably.
Outside there is a front porch area for al-fresco drinks in the evening, and upstairs there is a private terrace for sun-bathing or dining. Sun loungers and patio table/chairs are supplied.
The rental includes all linen and towels with the exception of beach towels.
The complex offers off-street parking and a fabulous communal pool area, with a safe shallow area for children. It is just five minutes walk from the Via Park III commercial centre with several bars and restaurants, and around 7-10 minutes walk from La Florida with further bars, restaurants, shops and a bank.
The closest supermarket is around 10 mins. walk or only 2 mins. by car.
Beaches are closeby - only a five to ten minute drive, depending upon which of the many blue-flag beaches you are choosing.
Golf courses are also nearby, with the 'golf-triangle' of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor only 5 to 10 mins. drive away.
The complex is a residential area and guests are respectfully asked to abide by the community rules. These relate to the hours the pool may be used, and keeping noise to a minumum at night. This ensures we provide a peaceful location for our guests and neighbours alike.
Not suitable for wheelchair users, as there approx. eight steps up to the front door of the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house - smokers please use the outside patio or roof terrace only.
