The building is situated in a closed housing estate with a communal swimming pool, 40 km. from the airport and railway station of Alicante, 1 km from a world famous resort Benidorm - the main attraction of the area - permeated with the omnipresent spirit of cosmopolitism, near a new amusement park Terra Mitica - an analogue of Spanish Disneyland, that by the emotions it evokes successfully competes with the most famous attraction parks in the world, and a couple of kilometers from the golf-course, where the fans of this sport will be able to improve their style. Here you will have an excellent opportunity to spend your long-awaited holidays that, we are sure, you deserve, enjoy the calm and home comfort. For those who need more freedom of movement we suggest renting a car, we'll be happy to arrange it for you with a rent a car company. You may get a car either in the Alicante airport or in Benidorm upon arrival.

If for some reasons you decide not going to the beach, there is a private, communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded by a green area with a paddle court and a children play ground.
