This fantastic villa was completed in October 2004 and has lots to offer, we personally chose all of our furnishings, appliances and extras with our guests requirements as our No 1 priority.
The Haven is located on the small gated community of High Grove where
Highway 192 meets Highway 27 and is ideally located for all that Orlando has to offer.
You have a large comfortable Living area with satellite T.V. and dvd player, Dining area, Games area (with pool table, table tennis and more), Kitchen that everything a modern kitchen should offer,
A breakfast bar, and a separate utility room with large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the 1st floor you have a large Master room with a King size bed and en-suite, a Queen size room with direct access to the 2nd bathroom and 2 twin rooms (all rooms have satellite TV).
The Pool and Deck Area
The deck area is unusually constructed from beautiful red brick pavers and is large and spacious.
The pool is rectangular in shape (26x13 ft) and has the sun on it from early morning until late afternoon and comes with deep padded cushioned sun loungers, chairs, tables, pool toys and inflateables.

Your villa is located on the new resort of High Grove which is situated where highway 27 meets highway 192.High Grove is a small gated community with a large community swimming pool and a clubhouse. You are approximately 6 miles/10 minutes from Disney World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney water parks, plus Downtown Disney for daytime fun and nightlife, and are close to all the other major attractions Orlando has to offer (please see map).
The villa is ideally located for Highway 192, which offers 15 miles of shops, retail outlets, supermarkets, garages, excellent restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars, shows, crazy golf, go-karts, water parks, and helicopter rides.
