UK rates include taxes, rates are comparable but may vary slightly due to currency flucuations.
Booking deposit £150/$300 balance due eight weeks
before reservation starts.
Refundable security deposit £200/$350.
Pool heat if required at the nominal rate
of £45 or $80 per week.
These rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, cable TV, local telephone calls & pre-arrival & end of stay clean.
We are delighted to invite guests who would like to visit our home for a short break, please add £50 / $90 cleaning fee to the above rates.
