Luxury 4 Bedroomed villa located on a large corner plot for added privacy on this top rated golf course Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.
Southern Dunes is a gated community for added security and safety.
Accommodation consists of:
The kitchen: Houses all modern appliances. The telephone is also located here.
The Utility Room: Houses large washing machine and dryer. An ironing board, iron and hoover are also stored in this area.
The Living Room: A large sofa bed and additional two seater sofa provide ample space for relaxing. A tv unit houses tv, video player and dvd player. Videos and dvds can be hired fron the local Blockbuster store. A large six seater dining table and chairs are also located in the living area. Patio doors open onto the pool area.
Breakfast Nook: This area is located close to the kitchen and is furnished with table and four chairs.
Bedrooms: All the bedrooms have built in closets and clothes chests with bedside lamps. A crib and highchair are available for younger guests!
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with door leading to the pool area. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the patio area.
The bedrooms consist of two double rooms and two twin rooms.
Bathrooms: Both family and master suite bathrooms have shower, toiletand wash basin. The family bathroom also has a bath.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and linen.
The house is carpeted throughout for added warmth and comfort.
The Pool Area: Cushioned loungers(4), chairs(4) and a table are situated on the patio area. The pool and patio area are both fully lit.
The pool can be heated at additional cost.
A large double garage can be accessed via internal door or by up and over garage door. From Nov. 2005 the garage will also house the games room.
Our Management Company are available 24/7 to deal with any problems.
