Copper Mountain has nice restaurants, a lake for ice skating, sledding, special snowboarding runs, cross-country skiing, a recreation center, including a weight room, sauna and hot tubs and an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool and horse-drawn sleighs.
Copper Mountain is also one of the most conveniently located resorts, approximately 2 hours from Denver International Airport and about 1 hour from the Eagle-Vail airport.
