beautiful house with private pool ;beautifully furnished to a high standard ....located
in a lovely area of Puerto Mazarron ,surrounded by gardens,
and with sea and mountain views ;private front and rear and
roof terraces , get sun all of the day ,pool is located in the south facing front garden and is 5x3 mtrs ; ther are ample sun chairs /beds tables etc;large rectangular shaded area by pool
just 220 mtrs to sea front where you can walk along the tree lined traffic free promenade or along the beach at the waters edge all the way to the bars ,restrnts shops and marina;;
inside --large square lounge with settees coffee table,lamps ,sat tv.dvd,cd.air con (optional).;;fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar , f/f , oven hob extractor,toaster etc
dining room has table and six chairs and over looks rear patio and bbq .--also down stairs is a shower room with toilet and a separate utility room with sink washing machine and hot water tank ; upstairs 3 bedrooms ,main with fitted wardrobes ,safe ,balcony and access to roof terrace ,kingsize bed ,air con. 2nd bedroom with wardrobes
and double bed ,third bedroom with single beds wardrobe
ceiling fan ; large bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/basin/bidet ;allwindows and doors have fly screens; roller sun blinds and metal security grills
various new activities are now coming to the area ;several water parks ; quad bike country safaris and from the new marina ;;-whale and dolphin trips aboard either a modern catamaran or an "old" wooden sailing ship ;
but if you are lucky and look carefully dolphins can be seen from the coast ;; ; late booking and couples only discounts now in operation for this period :;We also have a large library of pictures , so if you want to see pictures on any specific area of villa or surrounding area please ask and we will help as much as we can july 2012 just back fromm a 3 week holiday the 8 euro menu del dias are fantastic and really do help to keep down spending and the new promenade and marina are unregognisable from even six months ago with so many different bars and eating places;the activity in the marina with the different boat trips is brilliant ; we have a growing library of books and board games ;
