Villa Artemis is made up of two seperate apartments. The main apartment is on the second and third floor and sleeps 5 persons. It can be rented together with the first floor apartment which then sleeps 9 persons if more room is desired. The main apartment is open plan style with a modern easy to use kitchen with seating for up to 10, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace made from locally found tiles,and an elegant dining area. There is also a WC and store room on this floor. Cable TV, video, DVD radio/cd player are all there for your use. Marble stairs lead you up from the garden to a large balcony and entrance door. Two further balconies can be reached from the kitchen and dining area. An inside spiral staircase leads you up to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with bunkbeds and one an ocean view and two single beds. A roll-away-bed provides sleeping for a fifth person and can be used anywhere. A full bathroom is also on this floor Both bedrooms have access to balconies and another marble staircase takes you up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the beautiful blue Aegean sea.
The first floor apartment has a full bathroom, living room/kitchen with TV, electric oven and grill and fridge/freezer, and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a single bed each. You'll find ample cupboard space in all of the five bedrooms.
All rooms have central heating and airconditioning. Hot water in unlimited.
The fenced in grounds, with garden and fruit trees (approx 550 sq mt) offer shadow or sun, whichever you prefer to relax in. A built in barbecue and ample garden furniture invite you to sit around and enjoy the warm evenings. There is secure parking space within the grounds. It's a quiet safe area so ideal for children to play.
Villa Artemis is situated in Artemida/Loutsa, a quiet traditional greek coastal town with a small harbour for private boats and yachts. At the villa you'll be just 10 minutes from the long sandy beach where the crystal clear ocean invites you to swim and sunbathe or pratice all manner of water sports. The water is shallow for quite a distance out and is therefore ideal for children and non swimmers. During the evenings and cooler seasons take a relaxing stroll along the long flat beach and admire the wonderful views. The beach is never overcrowded, not even in the summer months. Along the coast road you'll find taverns and restaurants all offering traditional greek food for very reasonable prices. All welcome families. The night life is also very good. Nothing closes in the winter so here it's possible to vacation all year round.
A bakers and supermarket are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house. Artemida town centre is 30 minutes walk. Here the long main street invites you to stroll around the shops and boutiques or maybe just sit in a beachside cafe and enjoy a drink and the local fare.
Tourist attractions inlude Marathon, Cape Sounion, Corinth, Epidauros, Delphi, Mycene, Napflio and many more. A tour of Peleponese is a wonderful unforgettable experience.
From Rafina,(5 km by car) the ferry boats sail to the Greek Islands. Day trips to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos and Evia are offered.
Athens is only 20 km away and easy to reach with bus/car and metro. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Athens is not only famous for it's historical sites and museums but also for its traditional Greek markets, parks, exclusive shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres, concerts and ever changing exhibitions. You'll find something to suit every taste all year round.
Athens airport is only 30 minutes away by hire car or taxi so the villa is certainly easy to reach, even with metro and bus. Airport transport can be provided.

Up to 5 persons in the main apartment: 100 euros per night, 700 euros per week.
Up to 9 persons in the main apartment together with the first floor apartment: 130 euros per night, 900 euros per week.
Price includes cleaning at the end of the vacation.
