This 4 year old superior luxury development enjoys adjacent parking, gated access and 24 hour security. A few minutes stroll through extensive gardens gives private access to wide, sandy beach with paved promenade for leasurely beachside walks east or westwards.
L'Antigua Restuarant/Bar & Beach Club and Pepe's Beach Bar are conveniently situated on the beach a few minutes stroll away.Costalita is a beautifully unspoiled part of the Costa del Sol, yet only ten minutes drive west to Estapona or east to San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbelle.
Cancelada, a typically quaint Spanish town is renowned for its several excellent restuarants (inexpensive by English standards) and is but minutes away.
Spain's largest safari and themed amusement park, SELWO, is only 10 minutes away and provides endless entertainment for adults and children alike, daytime and evenings.
For the golfer, the location is a paradise with all the top quality courses to choose from just a short drive away.
All previous clients have been delighted with their holiday in our apartment and many book to return again.
