This large detached property is situated on a private estate just off the main road into Estartit; approx. 30 minutes walk from the beach. There is a side road, which runs parallel to the main road for safe walking, but a car would be useful for getting around.
UPSTAIRS the property has been transformed into a Penthouse suite, with large lounge/dining area with Digital satellite and DVD. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This would be ideal for a large family, or possibly two families sharing. It sleeps 8.
DOWNSTAIRS has been converted into two separate apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Both have microwaves, TV and satellite. There is a washing machine on the ground floor in a utility room for the use of the downstairs apartments.
