Set amongst the 1400 lakes, and orange groves, of Lake County, Robin's Nest is a beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom pool home in the quiet, relaxed setting of a gated community, but only a 15 minute drive from the magical Disney campus. Lake Louisa State Park, with its nature trail, swimming, fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away, and there are many championship golf courses within a few minutes. Publix supermarket is 10 minutes walk and Walmart is only 3 minutes drive. Also close by are other supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, drug stores, video and DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office.
The Games Room has a foosball table, a pool table, table tennis, darts, quoits, and hopscotch.
There are colour cable TVs, stereo, and DVD players, books, games, jigsaws if you would prefer to have a quiet day at home.

3 pools � 2 are full-size, and one is for young children. This is shallow with water spouts.
Children's playground, sports facilities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball, football pitch, running track.
There is also a conservation area to the west of our development.
We supply all linen, including pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
The large Master bedroom overlooks the pool and has an American lighthouse theme. It has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, cable TV, and walk-in wardrobe. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its sea/beach theme, has a queen-size bed, cable TV. The Tinkerbell and Spiderman bedrooms each have twin beds. There is a 2nd bathroom opposite.
All rooms have ceiling fans, and the villa is air-conditioned. There is carpeting in all rooms.
There is a cleaning charge of �55/$100 for less than 7 nights.
