Our 6-bedroom home is beautifully yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. It can't be beat for the perfect family vacation - minutes from Disney's front door! It's situated on a spacious corner lot...located just a short walk from the resort clubhouse and all that it has to offer.
After a fun-filled day at the parks, you can kick back in your own living room to watch the 54" large screen cable TV or pop a movie in the DVD/VCR player or compete on the Playstation 2. Or, better yet, you can relax by your own private enclosed pool and spa while dining under the covered lanai. There are cable TVs located in most of the bedrooms and 2 of the bedrooms have VCRs. Children will love sleeping in the 'Pooh and friends' themed kids bedroom. The fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities add to the value of staying in this "home away from home".
The 24-hour gated and guarded resort community caters to the vacationers every need. The beautiful clubhouse offers modern exercise facilities, game room with pool and ping pong, arcade games, a 58-seat movie theater, and a sundry shop. Outside, you can swim laps in the Olympic size heated pool, play tennis, basketball, or volleyball, and relax in the large size hot tub.
You have immediate access to markets, services, and restaurants. Disney World theme parks are only 5 minutes away, SeaWorld 15 minutes, Universal Studios 20 minutes. Over 30 public golf courses are within 30 minutes and 2 are less than 5 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is an easy 25-minute drive. Our home is less than 20 minutes from the Orlando Convention Center and only an hour from Kennedy Space Center and the beach.

High Season Rates (Feb 5 - Apr 10, Jun 10 - Aug 31, Oct 1 - 31): $220 per night
Holiday Season Rates (New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas): $230 per night
Rental rates are plus tax and pool heat. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $105 for stays less than 5 nights. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and money orders.
