| Main Living Area The villa is furnished and decorated to the highest standard with high specification entertainment centre, state of the art giant tv, cable, dvd, vhs and cd all linked to ceiling recessed cinema surround, two living rooms, a dining room ,four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, three bathrooms all with bath and shower including a large whirlpool tub, huge walk in shower and his and hers washbasins in the master bedroom's en suite. A luxury kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances and Corian breakfast bar and separate laundry room. The games room has a seven foot pool table and foosball table, there is a Playstation 2 in the twin bedroom with games.Free local,long distance and International dialling.
Pool area and lanai All doors to the pool area are alarmed and there is a child safety fence to keep your children safe, if no children are in the party this rolls away easily. We have a large dining table with chairs on the lanai for al fresco dining and loungers by the pool (with outdoor speakers). The salt water pool and spa are solar heated but additional gas heating is available if required. The lanai and pool are within a bug screened area outside the screen is an oversized back lawn totally enclosed by a tall fence for privacy and safe play for children.
