We are pleased to offer to you our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a large game room, located just 4 miles from Disney. Our spacious home is in the beautiful Windsor Palms community, a small, quiet, gated neighborhood with 24/7 on-site security. This is the way your family is meant to vacation - totally affordable with so many extras.
Our home is decorated in an African safari theme. There is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, cooking and eating utensils, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. The dinette area seats 6 around the dining room table which overlooks the pool and spa area. There is also a breakfast bar which has 4 stools.
The great room has a 50" big screen TV, VCR, DVD, and an Xbox system. Our home has a private screened-in pool, spa, and patio area right outside the great room door. For extra safety, there are child-safe alarms on all the doors that lead to the pool area.
The master suite has a 19" suspended TV with remote, king size bed, and an attached master bath with oversized tub and a separate shower. The junior master suite has a suspended TV with remote, queen size bed and private bath. The second junior suite is entered through French doors to a queen size bed and a 19" suspended TV with remote. This room has a half bath across the hall. The twin room is located on the second floor. This room has twin sleigh beds and a 19" TV with remote. A full size bath is next door. The kid's room is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme with red, blue, and yellow furniture. This room has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a 13" Mickey TV, a Mickey lamp, and a Mickey alarm clock. The kid's will love this room!
Our 20x20 game room offers entertainment the whole family can enjoy with a pool table, foosball table, TV with DVD, stereo system, and a pub table with 4 chairs. We have everything you need.
We have several friends and neighbors from Minnesota who own homes in Windsor Palms as well. If our home is not available or you need more space, please ask about our friends' 3-bedroom, or 4- and 6-bedroom homes. They are all beautiful, well-kept homes with similar amenities.

High Season Rates (Feb 5 - Apr 10, Jun 10 - Aug 31, Oct 1 - 31): $219 per night
Holiday Season Rates (New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas): $239 per night
Rental rates are plus tax and pool heat. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $120 for stays less than 5 nights. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and money orders.
