The villa is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes drive from the superb beach at Guardamar and the bustling market town of Torrevieja, and is serviced by 2 airports, Alicante (30 minutes north) and Murcia (30 minutes south)

A little further afield are the attractions of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar sea life centre.
For golfers there are various superb courses within a short drive including La Marquesa, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Real Club de Campoamor,Villamartin and the renowned course at La Manga making this area truly a golfers paradise
Ciudad Quesada is an award winning urbanization located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja. Beyond them the Mediterranean sea glistens on the horizon and further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma in flowering seasons. Each of the local towns holds a weekly street market where fruit and vegetables, cooked food and of course the local wine can be bought very cheaply. The area is quite cosmopolitan and the many restaurants reflect the differing cultures and tastes.
The abundance of facilities, local markets and fiestas makes this a truly year-round location, whether for families, golfers or those who just want to chill out!
