The villa is one of 4 in a block, which we own and rent out for both short or long term rental. Each villa has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with one bathroom complete with shower and bidet. Newly completed Spring 2006 the property is of high quality and represents good value for money.
There is a small front garden with off road parking, and on the inside an enclosed patio with stairs leading to the roof-terrace, which covers the whole house and has superb mountain views. A patio table and chairs for 4 with sun loungers are provided and a TV/DVD/CD for indoor entertainment.
Within easy driving distance is a large outdoor swimming pool with Sun loungers,bar and childrens'pool, open in the Summer months There are many facilities including bars, restaurants, shops and a large Supermarket, The villa is in a quiet residential part of Camposol yet a 10 minute walk to the Sensol resort - 18 hole Golf, Clubhouse with evening entertainment, bars and restaurants and Spa treatment pools at the Spa hotel.
