With excellent access to all of the theme parks, this six bedroomed, five and a half bathroom elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Florida Palms has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, a 50" large screen TV,VCR,DVD player and sound system - so you can watch your favourite movie or listen to the music that you love. Should you want some privacy or quite time - there is a separate lounge and formal dining area that is perfect for reading playing card or board games.
Step outside from the family room and there is a private screened and sparkling south facing clear pool that can be optionally heated where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sun loungers and soak in the "rays". A covered lanai gives protection from the sun if required. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
The sleeping accomodation at Florida Palms includes four spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king size bed, cable tv/dvd combo, dresser, night stands and walk-in closet space or closets. One master is located downstairs. All master suites enjoy a spacious private bathroom, one with a vanity basin, a Roman tub and walk in shower. The other have a shower/tub and vanity - all of course with toilets. Then there are two bedrooms for the kids, each with two twin beds, closet space and adjacent family bathroom. Both have cable tv/dvd combos and one has a play station.
The kitchen has been fully equiped with everything that you could need for that favourite family meal, treat or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the formal dining area,(seats 8) in the breakfast nook (seats 4) or alfresco by the pool(seats 14).
The games room includes airhockey, foosball, pool and darts.
Of course, all linens,towels and utensils are included. There is also a freecall telephone for your use with a data port for your laptop if required.
Childrens play area short distance from the house.
