The spacious accommodation, large pool and panoramic views makes this property a must for families wanting to enjoy privacy and comfort in the Spanish countryside. The property is reached via an unmade country lane (dirt track, which is 2 Kilometres from the local by-pass. Coin town centre is only a 10-minutes drive.
The property is fully furnished and totally self-contained.

Eat Al Fresco with panoramic views.
There is a spacious terrace and garden laid to grass with olive trees.
Sunbathe anywhere around the grounds or in the area around the 8m x 4m swimming pool.
The property is very private and should you need any assistance the owner is close by in a little house to the right of the front drive
The nearest towns are Coin and Alhaurin El Grande, which are about 10 and 15 minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.

Is available at 15Euros per Week.
Change over day
On a Saturday during June and September.
The days are flexible in other months.
Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs & Departures before 10.00 hrs
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.
Notes on Accommodation
A FREE WELCOME PACK for your arrival is supplied, which consists of: Milk, Orange juice, Water, Coffee, Tea bags, Sugar, Cereal, Bread, Margarine, Jam or Marmalade, a bottle of Red and a bottle of White wine. Or if you would like something specific for your arrival just let us know.
