A stairway takes you to a black sand beach that nestles at the foot of the property. The HOUSE has a swimming pool, new kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus sleeping porch, 3 baths, laundry, and DSL hookup. The COTTAGE, suitable for a couple or parents with a small child or two,
is one room with a queen bed and safabed, complete kitchen and dining areas, porch, patio, and a hot tub in the gardens. To the front, a 180-degree vista of the Caribbean; behind you, our volcano and other hills. Beautifully and innovatively designed gardens using native species attract butterflies and birds. The sound of the waves, the wind in the banana trees, crickets and the call of birds: these are the delightful sounds of Black Sand Cove.
