Our home is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. Our home is a executive villa and is furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of the Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area.
Our air conditioned home has its own electrically heated pool (charged separately) and spa. Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves For the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no smoking permitted in the villa

MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, will have one of their team call at the home (usually within 24 hours)to introduse themselves and make sure everythink is ok If need be they will show you where everything is and how everything works.
