This new two bedroom apartment completed in October 2005 is set on one of the highest points of Cumbre Del Sol. It overlooks the spectacular coastline from Javea to Moraira on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The panoramic sea views can only be described as breathtaking.
Panorama consists of a large lounge-diner with table and chairs and 2 sofas (one a sofa bed). There is a large TV with satellite channels in english,including BBC & ITV, and a DVD player.
There is a modern kitchen complete with fridge-freezer, microwave, full oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a full bathroom with bath and shower over.
There is a large private terrace for eating and relaxing al-fresco with absolutely stunning sea views.
The apartment has recently been completed and decorated with high quality furnishings and fittings. The windows are fully double glazed with mosquito nets and blinds and the apartment is air conditioned.
Included in the price is use of a residents designer infinity pool complex which is situated RIGHT NEXT to the apartment, one of only 6 in this position.
There is a selection of childrens toys, books, beach toys and DVDs to help make the holiday run as smoothly as possible!
A local management company is available 7 days a week to ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.
Car Essential due to mountain side position.
The town of Moraira was formerly a small fishing village and some of the old parts still remain. It has small winding streets, pavement cafes and a pretty marina. There is a market on friday mornings and plenty of good shops to wander around.(Including 2 very good shoe shops!)
In the bars and restaurants you can get traditional Spanish & seafood through to pastas & pizzas.
There are 2 lovely sandy beaches to choose from. One in the town and one a minutes drive away in El Portet.
Javea is our nearest large town has preserved all its charm, and is a fascinating mix of old and new. Large, sandy beaches, an unspoilt old town, and a huge choice of restaurants.
