Welcome to our Florida Gulf Coast home, Villa Zambezi, a vacation paradise in Rotonda West on Cape Haze Peninsula
Only ten minutes away are the unspoiled beaches of Englewood, Stump Pass, and Blind Pass. Stroll along the powdery white sands, swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf and enjoy a breathtaking sunset at the end of a relaxing day.
Villa Zambezi is an ideal base for boating, fishing and a variety of water sports. This area has some of the most sensational fresh and saltwater fishing in southwest Florida. Tarpon, kingfish, grouper, snook, reds, bass and trout are all here. Nearby Boca Grande is hailed as the world capital for tarpon fishing.
Of course, a little farther away are the attractions of Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral and the Everglades.
But then again, the pool and spa with its extended area, may well entice you to laze under the lanai sipping a cool drink and enjoying a good read!
