Front and rear patio/garden areas are fully secure & kid proof and both have table & chairs for "al fresco" living. The solarium is accessed to the rear of the property and again is secure within the rear gate & wall. The lounge/dining area is a good size and contains full digital TV and stereo for guests´use. There is air con. situated within the lounge and 3rd bedroom whilst the other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bed 1 is double, Bed 2 is twin bedded and are located either side of the bathroom. Bed 3 (as detailed previously) is also twin bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The comm.pool is literally just outside the "back gate". There is also an alarm at the property.
