The Simpson’s Retreat is our beautiful newly built holiday home, it is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park which is only 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, and with several golf courses including the renowned Champions gate Golf Resort nearby, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coast with there beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach.
With nearly 3,000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms and it is beautifully furnished and offers spacious and comfortable living accommodation, it can sleep up to 12 people (Great for family Groups), Downstairs there is a fully equipped Kitchen which includes a luxury ice/water dispensing fridge/freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and several other appliances a breakfast bar with stools and a beautiful dining area for 6 people.
The Family room has a bright and airy feel due to the cathedral ceiling This room houses the entertainment center which offers a cable TV, DVD,CD player and a Play Station 2 System complete with games! Internet Access is available to.
Sliding doors leads you to the Lanai with a ceiling fan and extended Sun deck where you can relax or dine poolside on the deck furniture and listen to the waters from the raised Spa cascading into the pool. It captures the sun all day long, but it also has a large shady lanai for those who want to keep cool, a perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation.
There is also a poolside bathroom with shower and towels for your convenience.
The Queen sized bedroom has cable TV with en-suite bathroom and views and access to the Lanai. There is one Twin bedroom downstairs complete with TV and a themed en-suite bathroom.
There is an exquisite living room to the front of the house where a quiet relaxing time can be spent. Also Downstairs consists of separate laundry facilities with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, Just beyond the utility room there is a game’s room with a professional Pool table and dart’s board.
Upstairs the Master bedroom has an American King-size bed, 19”TV with cable, the en-suite bathroom has his and hers basins, a huge shower and a large oval tub with separate WC and walk in closet. The galleried landing leads to two twin bedrooms both with cable TV between them there is a further bathroom. Off the galleried landing there is a nook with a Chaise Lounge seat and coffee table for you to sit and enjoy a good book in peace or just relax and unwind.

Check-In time is 4 PM
Check -Out time is 11 AM
Pool and/or Spa heating is an additional $25 a day and is recommended between October and April

A 6-night minimum stay is required. For less than 6 nights a $100 surcharge will be added
Our management company is available 24 hours a day in the unlikely event any problems arise during your stay.
Deposit
A deposit of $200 is required for each week booked. We regret that we cannot guarantee to secure any dates until a deposit and booking form is received. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Balance
The balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. This will be returned following final inspection by our management company.
Cancellation Charges
We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. Should you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
Between 30 - 60 days before arrival: 50% of total cost will be refunded
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
Liability
During your stay we the owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.
Forces Majeure
We cannot, and do not accept responsibility for any cancellation, alteration, or amendment to your booking brought about by war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire adverse weather conditions, technical problems, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines or similar events which are beyond our control.
