This apartment is set within the La Finca Golf Course complex there and 4 more championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. With beaches, water sports, tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within a 15 minute drive.
Two major international airports are close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive.
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike and only 5 minutes from A37 motorway. Set amongst the orange & lemon groves of Los Montesinos the scent from the blossoms fills the air. There is a communal pool just 2 minutes from the Apartment. There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additional to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day in the sun.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.
This 1st floor apartment is in a quiet area in a small gated community, the lovely pool is only 3 minute walk and is only for use of the immediate surrounding properties, which makes it generally very quiet. It has a large rooftop solarium, great for summer barbecues and includes sun beds, table and chairs and large umbrella. The championship golf course 'La Finca' is within walking distance or a few minutes drive which also has a fantastic bar and restaurant making it ideal for golfing break, a new complex with bars/restaurants and shops by the same company that built Villamartin. There is plenty of parking space at the property as a car is essential. Only 10 minute drive from Algorfa and Los Montesinos where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 15 minutes drive away, with Guardamar and Ciudad Quesada even nearer. La Finca Golf Course is within 3 minutes drive where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within 15 minute drive from this property. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 35 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
