This brand new luxury villa is located on a new development on the edge of the small town of El Jimenado. El Jimenado has a host of amenities, including a small supermarket, tapas bars, bank and fish monger.
The nearby larger town of Torre Pacheco has many bars, restaurants, shops and Saturday Market.
If it is Golf you are after, this villa is situated at the heart of a number of great courses. A few minutes drive away is Torre Pacheco's 9 hole public golf course and the Polaris World Golf Course Mar Menor. A further five minutes in the town of Roldan is the brand new Polaris World Golf Course 'La Torre'. There are another 3 courses within 15 minutes drive.
The villa is also within 10-15 mins drive of the important cities of Murcia & Cartagena, as well as the beaches of the Mar Menor.
