Villa Traquila was completed in 2006, it is a detached villa with its own parking and large garden area, it is located in the brand new village of La Capellania also known as Tamaragua, the village was purposely buit to satisfy the demands of rising visitors to this beutiful island, within 5 minute walk from the villa you have a well stocked supamarket, cinema, Sports Bar, Spanish bar, Internet cafe and Phones.
The villa itself has two bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two singles, both have wardrobes, the bathroom is fully tiled has bath with shower over, bidet, toilet, and sink, you will have a fully equiped kitchen, the lounge/diner area is very comfortable which has large patio doors opening out onto the garden which is tiled, you will enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk on this area, you will find it quiet and peacefull here. Latest addition new 2006 seven seater hot tub.
