The villa has it’s own private heated swimming pool 24' x 15', with separate Jacuzzi. The villa also has and a double garage, converted to a games room. It boasts all the most up to date ideas in modern living, for example, 60" TV & Satellite with 250+ channels, Wireless Broadband internet access & a desk top PC, Play Station 3 with games, a lake view from the pool area so not overlooked from behind. Two internationaly renowned Golf Clubs, Reunion and ChampionsGate, both less than 3 minutes away. The family room has Satellite TV, a DVD player and far too many films to mention. This villa has a 24’ x 15’ swimming pool and separate raised Jacuzzi. Large extended pool area. The pool is positioned at the rear of the villa overlooking the lake. The sun is in the pool area for most of the day. The patio area has luxury furniture for your pleasure. Leading straight into the family room. The pool and patio area is fully screened with a fine nylon mesh to keep out unwanted visitors.
Games Room:
The double garage has been transformed into a spacious games room for all the kids in the family. Included are Foosball, Poole, Air Hockey, Darts and many many board games.

Sandy Ridge is in the perfect location, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the quaint community is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Disney's Main Gate and three minute's drive from Exit 58 of the I4, giving access to all the local attractions without long queues of traffic. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.
The World Famous Champions Gate development is just 3 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Everything you need is just on the door step.
