The villa is very conveniently located, only 50 yards from the clubhouse amenities. The homes floor plan features the ‘great room’ concept with living room, dining room, & kitchen in a large common area that is a very open & spacious with high ceilings and ceramic tile throughout. It has four bedrooms, two of which are master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds that share a third full bathroom. The great room looks out onto the pool area and hot tub.
The villa benefits from an upgraded furniture package including a large screen TV, CD player and Playstation for the children.
