The villa has two bedrooms, (one double bedded and one twin bedded). It sleeps 4-6 with comfortable sofa bed in lounge. Rooms include a spacious comfortable lounge, recently refurbished modern kitchen, two bathrooms, recently refurbished one with shower unit, and one with bath and shower. Spacious breakfast terrace and sun terrace with toldo and fantastic views of the mountains, beach and Nerja town. Fabulous community pool 100 yards away with lifeguard and bar restaurant open from May to October. Both terraces enjoy the sun most of the day. Punta Lara bar enjoys a nice friendly atmosphere, where home cooked food is served daily. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with microwave, television, washing machine, iron and heater for the cooler evenings in the winter months.
