This delightful detached villa is situated in the most sought after area of LOS MOJONAS in Puerto Del Carmen. It is surrounded by high stone walls and tall trees for privacy.The front wrought iron gates are electrically operated and has entry phone system in operation. The villa is fitted with an alarm system for extra security. It is in a quite residential area yet close enough to walk to the shops, bars,resturants,beach etc.Although the villa is very large it only has three bedrooms and three bathrooms but they are all very spacious.
The villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED AND HEATED all year round.There is a seperate lounge dinning room conservatory, kitchen and utility room.
LOUNGE
The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair, sky T.V DVD CD Video player enclosed in a beautiful cabinet.A large sideboard houses a selection of board games, books , videos, DVDs, CDs. It also holds champagne, wine and whisky glasses. The focal point of the lounge is an electric log effect marble fireplace.
DINNING ROOM
The dinning room has a table six chairs and a hot electric plate to keep food warm.
CONSERVATORY
The conservatory is furnished with a four seater sofa that turns into a double bed, two rocking chairs and occasional tables. There is access from the conservatory into a GAZEBO STYLE SUNKEN MARBLE JACUZZI HOT TUB.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge to chill the wines and beers. There is a full dinner service for eight people and ample cooking utensils are provided. There is also a WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM in place so there is no need to carry heavy bottles of water.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room has a washing machine, upright fridge freezer, ample cupboard space, sink and work surface, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms lead from the hallway. The master bedroom is generous in size with a double bed, free standing wardrobe, wicker chair, chest of drawers and a victorian style wrought iron stool. There is a dressing room which has approximately twelve foot built in wardrobe with sliding doors that are mirror paneled from floor to ceiling. Opposite the wardrobe there is a large dressing table. The en suite bathroom again a generous size, it contains a bath size shower with sitting facility, large wash basin sunk in marble with a large vanity mirror surrounded by hand made Italian tiles, providing ample surface area. There is a toilet and bidet.
The second double bedroom has once again a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors that are mirror paneled from floor to ceiling. It has two large single beds that may be used as a double bed if required.(It is normally used as a double bed). There is a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning.
The third bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The second bathroom is located between the second and third bedroom it has a shower toilet bidet and a large wash basin sunk in marble with a large vanity mirror. Mounted on the wall above the sink there is a telescopic magnifying mirror which is ideal for make up application and shaving. The third bathroom is located between the pool and the fountain it consists of a shower wash basin and a toilet.
By the pool there are six loungers with thick comfortable cushions there are a further two sun loungers by the fountain also with cushions.
The sliding from the kitchen leads you out onto a covered patio for al fresco dining with a round glass table and four comfortable cushioned chairs this is right next to a table and four chairs in the kitchen.
