This is our Villa in the Florida Sun , it is fully air conditioned has four bedrooms , a double garage/games room and a large private Pool.
About our Villa , it has a large living/dining area which hosts cable TV a hi-fi system and dvd player, a three peice suite and a dining table and chairs all furnished to luxury standards, also a fully fitted kitchen with all your culenry requirements.There is also free international telephone calls ( no Mobiles ).
The four bedrooms are all furnished to luxury standards, three of the bedrooms have cable TV, the master bedroom has en-suite with walk-in shower and large corner bath , also with walk-in wardrobe.
The other bedrooms have A double bed, two singles and a double bunk bed, all with walk-in wardrobes.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, with iron and ironing board.
The Garage/Games Room has an American Pool table and Air Hokey table, and varing other games .
Our Pool and patio area hosts a large private pool with toddlers paddle pool , an aray of sun loungers and patio tables and chairs for you to soak up the sun
