Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment set in a tranquil location and surrounded by six golf courses on the Costa del Sol

This apartment has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The spacious gardens surround the apartments and there are six swimming pools to enjoy.

Only a short walk away are the beautiful beaches with their spanish beach bars which serve great food and cold drinks.

This apartment is equipped with 4 zip up single beds which makes it perfect for groups of friends, couples or families. The apartment has 1 bathroom and another shower room.

The lounge has been furnished with two comfortable sofas, dining table and six chairs and various artworks. The property also comes equipped with TV, DVD and Sky TV. It also has hot and cold AC so it is perfect for your summer holidays or winter breaks to practice your golf swing.

From the Terrace there are views of the swimming pool and a table and four chairs. The kitchens are well equipped and have all mod cons.

Next to the urbanisation is the Finca Cortesin Golf Course which has a Nicklaus Academy, Country Club and Commercial Centre.
Dona Julia Golf Course is only 5 minutes drive away and has great prices to play. For those who prefer to relax there is a Spa close by which we have negotiated special rates.

Only 800m away is the beach which has 2 beach bars which serve typical spanish food and are a great way to spend your day.

Sabinillas is a typical spanish seaside town and it is only 8 minutes drive away, you can wander along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo) and enjoy a variety of restaurants ie Spanish, Pizza, Argentinian Grill, French Patisserieand much more.

Close by is the cosmopolitan Marina de la Duquesa, which had a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

You are also in a perfect location to visit Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Rock of Gibraltar.
