If you want a family holiday near the beach, a golfing holiday in the sun, or just a relaxing time in Spain, the Costa Blanca has it all and more. Easy to get to from the UK, served by all the low cost airlines and only two hours away from home.

The southern Costa Blanca has a mild climate in winter, beautiful spring and autumn weather and sunshine all through the summer. Renowned for having over 320 days sun a year, the Costa Blanca is the ideal place to get away from the UK weather.


It is also a great base to explore Spain, thirty minutes from the historic city of Cartegena (where Hannibal landed his elephants), half an hour from the hustle and bustle of Alicante and for those who are more adventurous just over two hours from Granada and four hours from Madrid.


Accommodation
Our lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps 5 and is fully furnished and equipped for self catering. It is set in a beautiful complex with communal gardens, swimming pool, children�s play area, tennis court and football pitch, ornamental lake with waterfall and fountains and close to all amenities.

This modern apartment is situated in one of the most prestigious complexes that you will find anywhere on the Costa Blanca.

When you first enter the complex you are greeted by the beautiful 400 square metre swimming pool which is surrounded by a well manicured grassed area with tress and fixed natural parasols, ideal for sunbathing or taking a siesta in the afternoon.

Further into the complex there are seating areas and a children�s play ground with safety surface.
Even further into the complex and you come to the bridge which spans the ornamental lake with its waterfall and fountain, a quiet area to sit and read or just soak up the sun. Just over the bridge and for the more energetic guest there is a choice of a tennis court or enclosed five-a -side football pitch.
Our apartment is within a secure block which has an audio controlled door entry system. Stair and lift access is then available inside.


Our apartment is spacious and has been furnished to a good standard. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs with matching furniture in the lounge. A 3 seat sofa bed settee and armchair provides ample seating for guests and other furnishing includes a coffee table, occasional table with a lamp and a wall unit.

A television with a digital UK TV service is provided which includes the terrestrial channels and a number of Sky channels.


From the lounge, sliding doors lead out onto the south facing sun terrace where a table and 5 chairs provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy the view of the communal gardens and pool, have breakfast in the morning, and dinner and drinks late into the evening.

Back inside, the gallery kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and a microwave. All the necessary equipment required for a full self catering stay. A utility area accessed at the end of the kitchen provides a useful storage area where the washing machine is situated together with the boiler and an additional sink.

The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and the fully tilled bathroom has bath and overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. There are French windows this room that lead out onto the terrace.


All the necessary bedding is provided together with bath and hand towels. This is strictly a �no smoking� apartment, although you may smoke in any of the outdoor ares, including the terrace.

The Cabo Roig area is identified by the World Health Council as one of the healthiest places in the world thanks to its dry climate especially beneficial for conditions such as rheumatism, arthritis and asthma.


We accept all major credit/debit cards and your holiday can be reserved for 48 hours without payment. This allows you time to secure flights.

We can also arrange a "Meet & Greet" airport pick up.
