This is a luxury 3 bedroom apartment set in a convenient location with all the amenities you could ask for.
The pool area is enclosed in private gardens with sun loungers, parasols, tables & chairs provided throughout the summer, the pool is set across the road from the apartment entrance. A café bar offers reasonably priced drinks and refreshments and is the ideal location to relax, unwind and enjoy the warm weather. Separate toilets, showers and changing facilities are available at the poolside; access to the tennis court is available from the pool area.
The large lounge includes two large leather sofas and two chairs, TV (including some satellite channels), DVD and CD are available, from the lounge you can access a long balcony; ideal for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif before you head out for an evening.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bath/shower and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have external shutters which keep the early morning sun out but let the cool night air in, they also provide extra security. An additional bathroom with bath/ shower is located close to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
The large kitchen / diner has a table and 6 chairs and enables you to still spend time together whilst preparing meals. The kitchen has all the amenities you would find at home and is ideal for preparing either a large family meal or a light snack. Dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, oven, and fridge/freezer complete the facilities. From the kitchen there is a small utility with a washing machine and clothes airer for your convenience.
