Perched on the heights overlooking Marbella and the Mediterranean, this apartment is part of a small complex and commands uninterrupted views of both as well as Gibraltar off to the right. Located in the Neuva Andalucia area of Marbella, the apartment is within easy reach of the night life at Puerto Banus (4km/7 minutes), shopping and restaurants (some within walking distance). Yet the apartment and its surroundings are quiet, lending itself to a tranquil holiday with all the comforts of home and more.
The apartment is fully equipped with DVD/CD player with surround-sound in the living room, DVD player in the master bedroom, LCD TVs (in Living room and Master bedroom), all the kitchen appliances and comes with two large marble bathrooms with heated floors.The apartment is centrally air-conditioned and heated, but the location in the hills above Marbella makes for a marvellous climate and outdoor lifestyle all year round. The living room has a large leather sofa and two easy chairs and the dining table seats 6 persons. In addition, the bright and spacious kitchen looks out on to a bar area and the bar chairs can be used for quick breakfasts. The very large patio/verandah has a large table and six chairs as well as two lounge/sunning chairs. The views from the patio are fabulous and you will be tempted to eat all your meals here. The master bedroom comes with a built-in electronic safe with codes that you can set yourself. The complex has 24 hour security.
