Sunset View Villa, on Sunset Ridge, is a beautiful villa backing onto part conservation area and part lake. Sunset Ridge is a lovely gated community, built behind orange groves and away from the hustle and bustle of US27 but extremely convenient for shops, restaurants, golf and less than 15 minutes from Disney.
Living Areas:
There are two main living areas - the lounge (situated at the back of the villa and overlooking the pool and spa) and the study (situated at the front of the villa).
The open plan lounge looks out and has access to the pool area through patio doors which are alarmed for child safety. A sectional sofa and chaise lounge provide ample comfortable seating for all. There is also a ceiling fan. The 32" digital cable TV is linked to the DVD Hi-Fi system enabling you to watch movies with high quality sound. The multi disc DVD/CD player also incorporates an FM tuner if you want to listen to the radio rather than watch TV.
The study has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa which with the drapes closed makes a sixth bedroom. It also has a desk with a pc and free internet access. Here, you can sit and quietly read, away from the distractions of the television, or perhaps browse the internet or email a friend.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, mixer, blender, microwave, toaster etc.), and the laundry is located in the garage complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 8, but for breakfasts and light snacks, guests can also use the breakfast bar which has bar stools.
Master Bedrooms:
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both en-suite with King size beds with pillow-top mattresses ensuring a good night's rest so you're ready to tackle those theme parks a fresh each day . Each are equipped with remote controlled 20" Cable TVs and ceiling fans for your added comfort. The en-suites have baths with integral showers and are fully equipped with towels and hairdryers. Master 2's en-suite also has direct access to the pool area.
Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and 13" tv with remote and is separated from the study by a shared bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are separated by a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and a portable 13" tv with remote whereas bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a 20" tv with remote.
All bedrooms are supplied with pillow-top mattresses for your added comfort. There is also a crib, high-chair and booster seat for our smaller guests.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and ample towels.
Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a separately heated hot spa (104 degrees) to relax in after a hard day at the theme parks. There is a patio area with sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat out by the pool. The covered lanai also contains a bistro table and chairs for that early morning cuppa or nightcap.
Also provided is a large kettle drum electric grill/bbq (George Foreman) for indoor/outdoor cooking.
There is a large double garage containing the laundry equipment plus play equipment for use in the pool. It also houses games equipment i.e. air hockey, foosball and a multi-game table which converts for table tennis, pool, basket ball and other board games.
