Includes well-equipped kitchen, FREE local and international calls, FREE Internet access and cable TV. Only 12 mins from Disney World, 3 mins to Champions Gate golf complex and the I-4. Providing easy access to all major attractions and the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Large pool, jacuzzi, gym and club house on-site within a minute walk. For children: beach volleyball, games room with pool table and games consoles. At the end of a busy day relax in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If you still have energy, enjoy a workout in the gym. Alternatively, sit on your own private patio, overlooking the lawns and enjoy the tranquility. We love staying at our Florida homes – we’re sure you'll love them too. Our management company is 10 mins away and their helpful staff will provide any assistance required. We have a 2 and a 4 bed apartment on the same site so can cater for up to 16 guests simultaneously - you will also get a further 10% discount.
Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location close to a conservation area. Each apartment has its own private patio overlooking a spacious lawned area, which is part of the well maintained gardens at the site. A clubhouse is available for all guests and includes a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, large plasma TV in the lounge area as well as a gym and games room. Outside there is a large community pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs and an adjacent beach volley ball court. Access to the pool and clubhouse is gained using a swipe card.

Living rooms: Large, bright, open-plan lounge/dining area (6 chairs), doors to private patio overlooking lawns. 2 sofas, coffee table, 1 occasional table, ceiling fan, cable TV/ DVD, internet access and phone.
Cleaning etc: All linen is provided (including towels for use in the apartment). The apartment is cleaned and linen changed between each rental. Maid Service is available at extra cost.
